1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are only personal use. Commercial use of our products (commercial reselling, commercial accumulating) is prohibited for any other then ourselves.

By placing a product in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for this item. You can initially place our products in a virtual shopping cart, featured as a shopping bag symbol at the top of every available page on our website ‘magoto-cuyami.com’, without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is official concluded when you accept the displayed offer for all items contained in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by your provided e-mail.

The language during the conclusion of the contract is English.
4. TERMS OF DELIVERY

Every order is processed by us and containing items are shipped out via DHL. Unfortunately, you are not able to pick-up any items of your order yourself at any given address of ours.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

6. RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
